Why won't Anakin's Steamroll Starcard work in Battlefront Plus?

So you guys can replicate what I did, this was my process:

1. Load into an official KYBER server (GA or CS)

2. Quit the server, but keep Battlefront II open

3. Get past the Battlefront Plus intro, then go to Instant Action (attack)

4. Load into Geonosis on the ground, play, then load in as Anakin with the Tenacious, All Of Them, and Steamroll Starcards

Once you get some kills, you will notice that you can still only do 10 swings. (idk why he can only do 10, when his original was like 12 or 14 but whatever)

If you guys could help clear this up, that would be SUPER helpful, because Anakin is still SO fun to play.
