Voting on next Planet/Map

Can a pre/current/post-game voting system be implemented, per team and per game mode, to choose faction/era and Map, on the dedicated servers?

Maybe a chat based system with !vote commands and F5/F6 to vote (just spitballing here -_0_- )?
