Unable to launch with HDR via Kyber launcher

Bug Report

I’m able to play vanilla game in HDR, but with kyber launcher it is unable to. No matter if I enable/disable HDR in windows or enable/disable HDR in vanilla base game. The option is always missing when starting via Kyber launcher.

RTX HDR via nvidia Overlay also makes Kyber unable to launch.

Intended. We have it universally disabled due to the feature being very unstable and not even a good implementation (its practically just an overlay). Better luck just using another service like ReShade.
