Title: KYBER Installer blocked by Windows Security / Smart App Control

Hi KYBER team,

I’m having an issue with the current KYBER installer on Windows.

Windows is detecting/blocking the KYBER installer as a potential threat. The installer was downloaded from the official KYBER download and is the current Windows x64 installer. Windows/Smart App Control is preventing it from running, so I’m unable to reinstall or update KYBER.

I previously had a similar issue with a KYBER installer, but reinstalling KYBER resolved it at the time. This time, however, Windows is continuing to block the installer and I cannot get KYBER installed again.

I have already deleted the previous KYBER installation and downloaded the installer again, but Windows still detects/blocks it.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with the current installer and whether the current installer has been submitted/recognized as a false positive by Microsoft Defender/Smart App Control?

I can provide screenshots of the Windows warning and the exact detection message if needed.
