Stats page softlocks if "EA Stats client is not available"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the launcher

2. Open stats page

3. Click EA logo

4. Observe that all UI disappears except “EA Stats client is not available” text (which has no background on it, leading to poor contrast with some custom backgrounds).

5. Click to a different tab (e.g. Host).

6. Go back to stats tab.

7. Observe that we still have the error state UI.

What should happen instead:

If the launcher detects an error state when opening the page, it should revert to default state. Whatever persistence there is currently requires you to restart the launcher to see the Kyber stats.
