Battlefront II starts stretched at 1440x1440 and resets settings on every KYBER launch

Monitor: 1920x1080, 165 Hz

Hello KYBER team,

I am experiencing two persistent issues when launching Star Wars Battlefront II through KYBER:

1. Incorrect resolution / stretched image

• Battlefront always starts at 1440x1440.

• The image is stretched in fullscreen.

• Windows still reports 1920x1080 at 165 Hz in both Desktop Mode and Active Signal Mode.

• Pressing Alt+Enter switches to windowed mode, where the image looks normal.

• This also happens on servers without mods.

2. Game settings are reset on every launch

• My graphics and other game settings do not persist between KYBER launches.

• I have tried making ProfileOptions_profile and BootOptions read-only.

• I reinstalled KYBER and restarted my PC, but the problem remains.

Additional information:

• The game launches from my normal EA installation.

• No additional command-line resolution parameters are visible.

• The issue persists after updating to beta10.1.

Could this be related to MAXIMA or its handling of Battlefront II’s configuration and cloud synchronization?
