Mod not appearing in installed mods list

Bug Report

After downloading multiple mods, every time I try installing a new mod, it downloads but does not appear within the mod list. Although it is in the mod folder.

      yes just did! install the mod on nexus and then put it into the mod directory directly. (Press the folder button on kyber)
