KYBER launcher stays grey after reinstall

Hi, I'm using the official KYBER download on Windows with the EA App version of Star Wars Battlefront II (2017).

The launcher opens as a grey, blank window. Restarting the PC, deleting data.hive, reinstalling KYBER, and enabling automatic Windows time have not fixed the issue.

The latest launcher log contains this error:

LateInitializationError: Field 'gclClient' has not been initialized.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
