Heroes not spawning in Battlefront Plus

Ever since the new Battlefront Plus update came out the ai bots never spawn in as heroes or even reinforcements for that matter. I can play fully private servers using only the vanilla heroes/reinforcements and they spawn in just fine. If anyone can find a workaround for this extremely annoying and frustrating bug please let me know.
