Custom background options

Dragging and dropping a png adds it to the collection of background images to select. With a trash icon to remove nonofficial backgrounds. This makes it easy to swap backgrounds instead of finding the image again to set it as a background.

Make it every few months there is a contest for backgrounds and the top 10 (for example) backgrounds are added as official backgrounds for the launcher.
