Changing the server list filter does not correctly update pagination

Two separate issues here.

1: When filtering for a mode that no servers exist for, the page number is shown as <current page prior to filter>/0.

It should update to 0/0, 1/0, or 1/1.

2: If current page number is greater than the total pages of servers matching the filter, the filter updates to <number of pages matching filter + 1>/<same number>. E.g. if you scroll to page 8 then filter for supremacy, it goes to 3/3 and shows “No servers found.”

It should instead go to the last page that actually has servers, in this case 2/2 (because there are only 2 pages of servers).
