Blockquotes in mod description have bad contrast

If a mod description contains the > character, content on the rest of the line is treated as a markdown blockquote. This is good! ✅ However, the default styling is light blue, which does not fit the launcher’s style and makes the white text content extremely hard to read.

This styling should instead be a darker background, maybe with a left border.
